IntegriStar HR Consulting is a human resources consulting firm with more than 20 years of experience managing the full life cycle of human resources.

IntegriStar provides strategic direction to organizations in several areas including but not limited to employee acquisition and retention, culture and engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning. IntegriStar also provides general consulting services across the full life cycle of human resources as well as professional development and training, and individual and group coaching.

About Cindy

 

Cindy has a wealth of experience in managing the human resources function in an organization. She is accustomed to working with senior leaders including outside counsel, in-house General Counsel, Managing Partners, CEO’s, Directors, managers, and other professional staff in evaluating current processes and procedures, identifying gaps, providing insight on best practices, and assisting organizations through transitions. She also has experience building and managing teams who engage and perform at high levels.

Cindy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park and a master’s degree in business administration from Strayer University. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner through iPEC (ELI-MP), a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW). She also holds a certificate in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University.

Cindy is a frequent speaker and author on the subjects of culture and engagement, strategic human resources management, generational collaboration, and other topics, as she has a passion for sharing the knowledge she has gained throughout her career.

Cindy’s Story

 

Cindy is the Principal of IntegriStar HR Consulting. She has always been passionate about lending a helping hand personally and professionally. At a young age, Cindy knew that her mission in life was to be observant, share with others, and provide feedback to those in need. That mission did not change later in life as she worked at a homeless shelter, provided instruction to adult learners as a literacy volunteer, and volunteered in professional community organizations.

Cindy understands the value and power of people. She is an author, speaker, trainer, and human resources expert in the areas of talent acquisition and retention, professional development and training, policy development, compensation, benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion and belonging, and employee relations. For more than 20 years, Cindy worked in the human resources space servicing law firms and other organizations while witnessing economic and social changes that have transformed human resources. In doing so, she realized the value of the information she had packed away over the years and decided that it was time to give back to the professional and to individuals that she gained along her path to success. Cindy has a wealth of experience and knowledge in assisting organizations create and maintain a positive organizational culture – and she is passionate about working with individuals and organizations to unlock the secrets to success.

Cindy is a recognized author and speaker, and she has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland/College Park, MD, and a master’s degree from Strayer University. She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW). She also has a certificate in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University and a certificate in adult mental health first aid.
