Coaching can take place in the form of one-on-one meetings or group sessions where unique tools and resources are used to assist individuals with preparing for and moving through a transition in a positive manner, adjusting after a transition, setting goals, uncovering obstacles that may be hindering individuals from performing optimally, or simply uncovering what may be needed to advance to the next level.
